How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?

No. We provide all the necessary equipment and products required to complete the job.

Do you wash windows?

Unfortunately, we do not wash windows

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?

Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

What type of Pathogens does this protect me from?

It's important to understand that although we can effectively treat your home and/or work, it's still possible to pick up viruses in your daily outings. Our service is meant to minimize the risks and to help kill germs. Our system protects against; Cold & Flu SARS-CoV-2 C. diff CRE Norovirus Influenza MRSA Salmonella

Do I need to leave while you spray?

For Residential homes, yes. Although our sanitizing and disinfecting products are safe once they're applied, we do ask that to avoid coming into direct contact with it. Once we are finished, you're welcome to return inside your home. For commercial properties we do ask the same, however for facilities that can be done in sections or by rooms, we ask no one is in direct contact with the treatment area while it's being conducted.

How long will the application take?

It really depends what we're spraying. We can cover 18,000 sq ft. in roughly 1 hour.

Are you bonded?

Yes. We ensure that all our technicians are bonded.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected situations can occur, however appointments are high in demand, and therefore we respectfully ask you to provide at least 24 hours notice  should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Our Policy:

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved service.

  • We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you, but we cannot guarantee it.

  • We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
